Seems that there are no changes in the QUIC packets and protocol, packets are still correctly detected and blocked.

Looks like we have there some kind of incompatibility with a Kaspersky Internet Security when WFP driver is used (seems like TDI driver was not affected).

I think that we need to wait when the issue #1497 will be resolved and then check is the problem still persists.
