Filtered Apps' "Add application" tool can't find Viber installed on PC #1559

Steps to reproduce

Install Viber for Win and try to enable filtering for it through Filtered Apps' "Add application" tool

Actual behaviour

Viber is not in the list

Your environment

Adguard for Windows
Windows 10, v.1703, build 15063.413
https://www.viber.com/products/windows/

Please note

You still can "Browse for executable" and add it manually, Viber is located at appdata\local

We should also consider adding Viber to default filtered apps list since they do show ads now.
