The problem is that AG initial wizard is started after the AG service has been already initialized with the default settings.

So, in order to change this behavior, we should also change the way AG service is initialized.

Ideally, we should put this initial wizard into the program installer.

In theory -- yes, we can. But as it requires the new installer to be implemented, I can't give you an ETA yet.

Most of the browsers trust windows store, so there's no need to install it into a particular browser's storage.

The only exception is Firefox-based browsers.
