Gui hangs when disabling/enabling filter lists #2036

Steps to reproduce

  1. In Filter editor subscribe to a lot filter lists
  2. Now select the bottom one, press space to disable the filter, press key up (or click via mouse), space to disable, key up (or click via mouse) and so on
  3. After 5 - 15 filters the Gui hangs

We can easily improve performance in this case.
So, we can assign this issue to v6.3 milestone.

Here's another fun one;

  1. Enable about 5 to 10 filter lists (so it won't update so fast if you're on a faster connection, giving you enough time to try this).
  2. Check for filter updates.
  3. Quickly go to reset statistics via the system tray icon while it's updating filters.

AG for Win will lock up until the filters are updated and then it'll reset the statistics.

@BooBerry , on my end I have a bit another behavior - the statistics are reset before all filters are become updated. Could you please re-check it with the latest nightly build
