Issue URL (Incorrect Blocking)

If the name of the user script I installed contains Chinese, it can not be imported

This bug is not a user filter or installation issue. In version 6.3, a new configuration export method was used. If the .js format script in the userscript folder is a Chinese language during installation, the file name will be garbled. Unable to import. This problem does not occur in version 6.2 of the exported file
