An error while parsing the userscript metadata #2311

I guess we need to convert it to es.

ERROR, AdguardSvc, 3, 24.08.2018 12:35:13.123, Can't parse language for name. Error: System.Globalization.CultureNotFoundException: Culture is not supported.
Parameter name: name
es-419 is an invalid culture identifier.

Resolved in adguard-windows/pull-requests/187

Test instructions

  1. Using an old AG version, find specified above text in the service log.
  2. Update AG to the actual version.
  3. Ensure, that there are no such messages in the service log.
