I've got a report that QUIC in Chrome 71 is not blocked properly.

Something has changed in QUIC v44, we should check what exactly.

Now we cannot ensure QUIC 44 is blocked because there is no chrome build with it. However, we need to check that the other QUIC versions is still blocking.

  1. Update AG, install Chrome 71.
  2. Open chrome://flags/.
  3. Enable "Experimental QUIC protocol".
  4. Restart the browser.
  5. Open chrome://net-internals/#quic (QUIC version is on the first row).
  6. In AG, open filtering log.
  7. Open Youtube or google via the browser.
  8. Make sure, AG blocks all quic://... requests.
  9. Make sure, there are no quic records below in the chrome://net-internals/#quic page, in "QUIC sessions" section.
