goatcounter.com CNAME tracker

The domain goatcounter.com is getting used as a CNAME endpoint on several domains. Example:

count.vidsrc.pro (request can be found inside the iFrame on https://binged.live/watch/tv/94954?ep=1) Example request:

The cloaked tracker finder found several more tracking domains. I checked a few and they are actively used and mostly unblocked:

EasyPrivacy blocks the tracking on .com domains with .com/count? but all other TLDs are uncovered and the tracking unblocked.
