Integrate All function bugged #213

Description

@CatYoakum

Hi GSAS team,
I've been trying to integrate some data (~5400 datapoints) and noticed that when I use the integrate all option, my integration looks very bad. If I integrate individual 2D images, the 1D patterns look normal. I've taken a few examples where the first pattern was the result of using "integrate all" and the second was performed by doing individual integration. I tried this with a project that was already established prior to this issue and by using a new project with fresh imports. Previous versions of GSAS-II do not show this problem either. Some of the APS beamline scientists I'm working with have said this has been an issue for a while. Hopefully this information helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
