Vanilla Join Message Absent from InGame and Console

Describe the bug

Confirming issue 222. Running 1.21.8 Paper with AChat 1.11.5 and this bug has appeared today on my server as well. Join announcements are missing ingame and on console.

How to reproduce

Unknown reason as to why this bug presented itself. Prior to today, joinevents were working just fine.

Quick update. Disabled Joinmessage.yml from Achat folder. Vanilla joins are now working as intended on console and in game. Sorry for the late update. Been a bit busy.
