Unhandled exception when loading a project #9
Description
問題の内容
The saved project (.tsproj) file is originally in UTF-8 format, and the name is exactly New Project.tsproj, there is only English in the file path. I used TJAStudio Ver 3.3 to create the new project and save it, then when I was trying opening the project file it pops:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

After I switched non Unicode program language format to Japanese and even converted the project file to Shift-JIS using Notepad++, the problem still occurs.
再現手順
Non Unicode program language probably not making difference...
Open TJAStudio. Create a new project and edit it a little bit. Save the project. Close TJAStudio. Open TJAStudio. Open that saved project. The error should pop up.
