When I press esc in a .go file, I get:

Can't find “gocode” on PATH.

The current PATH is:

/usr/bin
/bin
/usr/sbin
/sbin
/usr/local/bin
/usr/X11/bin
/usr/local/sbin
/Users/daryls/programming/golang/go/bin

Please add the directory containing “gocode” to PATH in TextMate's
Shell Variables preferences.

Alternatively, the PATH can be retrieved from Terminal but this
requires a relaunch:

Set PATH and Relaunch.

I found gocode (at https://github.com/stevvooe/gocode) and installed it.

But could the bundle could be modified to allow users to disable the "Can't find gocode" window if they decide not to install it? (And the bundle could default to regular completions?)

Also, it would be good to add some text to the window with installation instructions.

It might help to bind gocode's completion on some other key or combination, say Alt + Esc. Other than that, is this really an issue?
