# Premium planning — local documentation validation Date: 2026-10-13. Status: LOCAL_DONE Validation: PASS Scope: documentation only; Premium implementation PLANNED / NOT STARTED. Integration: LOCAL_ONLY / INTEGRATION_PENDING; no remote publication authorized by this request. ## Baseline and isolation Prepared from maintained dev source `a3e01aac7f3bf1503b478d9010e7f263d2d4af93` in an attached isolated worktree because the primary checkout was occupied. Existing staged Android privacy work and unstaged evidence-store work were not overwritten, stashed, committed or included in this documentation change. Do not treat unrelated primary-checkout changes as part of this validation. Reviewed current FAST_EXECUTION, current PROGRESS, DELIVERY_WORKFLOW, P11 and representative microtask plans; inspected existing Kotlin Vehicle/UserPreferences/basic-alert/Profile components and backend account/privacy/jobs/storage ownership. These inspections establish reuse points, not runtime acceptance. Provider source links and their review date are recorded in the product contract. ## Delivered scope - [Premium product contract](docs-product-PREMIUM_PRODUCT_CONTRACT.md): 25 proposed business rules, seven use cases, five decision groups and the existing-free/paid boundary. - [Execution plan](docs-planning-PREMIUM_BACKEND_APP_PLAN.md): 62 unique sequential microtasks in 11 phases; complete backend gate before minimal functional Android, separate commercial/provider/production acceptance. - P11 mapping in ROADMAP preserves parent IDs and free-account supersession; additional professional and alert tasks have one owner. Existing source priority is unchanged. - Product/business contracts, documentation index and concise current PROGRESS entry link the plan without claiming implementation or release. Cloud scope: automatic snapshots of acknowledged vehicles/favorites/preferences, two-device synchronization/conflicts, assisted restoration, advanced combined conditions/time-window alerts, devices, billing lifecycle and free retained-data exit. Professional scope: voluntary private refuels/expenses, exact amounts/quantities/odometer segments, partial-fill/gap handling, supported consumption/cost per kilometre, monthly reports and comparable vehicles/periods. Required money/auth/privacy/replay/concurrency/SQL/object/provider/recovery checks belong to each implementation task immediately. ## Document checks - Scoped Python document audit: count/uniqueness/sequence of all 62 IDs; four required microtask fields; explicit references; 25 rule IDs/seven use-case IDs; existence of introduced local links and anchors; requested feature/free-guarantee coverage; backend-before-Android order; whitespace and high-confidence secret-pattern review including new untracked Markdown. Result: PASS. The initial draft lacked this linked evidence file; adding it resolved the missing-target check before delivery. - `bash scripts/validate-repo-baseline.sh`: repository baseline and existing tracked secret guard. Result: PASS; the separate scoped document scan covers Markdown excluded by that guard. - `git diff --check` plus `git diff --no-index --check /dev/null` for each new Markdown document, and final scoped staged diff check: PASS. - Manual review: source-entry versus commercial-release gates (tested source integration precedes pilot/price/sales decisions), no duplicated P11 implementation, actual-total/full-to-full/matched-window mathematics, account/origin isolation, erasure after snapshot recovery, basic free alerts, cancellation/data exit and existing design-system reuse. Result: PASS. No backend/Android runtime suite was run for these document changes. No provider sandbox/device/storage test, benchmark, deployment, public pilot, revenue forecast or current-head remote check was produced or inferred. Every implementation microtask remains NOT STARTED. A test-only native Play purchase probe is allowed during backend verification to avoid a circular dependency on the later product UI; it supplies provider events without declaring Android feature acceptance. ## Next action Keep the current active security continuation and ADR-019 Android/VPS source priority. A future explicit Premium construction/prioritization request starts PRM00-T01 after accepted dependencies; freeze required D-PR decisions before their schema/behavior tasks. Integrate this local planning work through maintained dev and the authorized protected batch flow when requested. No push/PR/wiki/merge/deploy/charge was performed by this planning task.
