Activiti has a flag to disable/enable the csrf token.
The alfresco javascript Api supports this flag as well, so we need to add this parameter to the initialization of the alfresco javascript api in the ng2-alfresco-core component.
Also we want to be able to disable/enable this parameter in the ng2-login-component.
