Misc. fixes:
(i) Various fixes in SoObjects/Appointments/SOGoAppointmentObject.m. Missing header import, lack of curly brackets in for loops, use of BOOL (NO) instead of object (nil).
(ii) Missing boolean return logic in method 'listRestorableFolders' in Tools/SOGoToolRestore.m.
