Create stub for visual behavior definitions

As a visual behavior analyst, I want access to a reference of terms specific to this project so that I can understand their meanings and use them correctly in my research.

@DowntonCrabby has many of these definitions already prepared and has kindly offered to add them to a page, if we can provide her with a place to start. This issue is to determine a good place to store this information, create the page, and add two sections, each with a few entries, with good formatting that can be used as an example for entering the rest.

Tasks:

• Make .rst pages following existing AllenSDK examples

Acceptance criteria:

• A source-controlled page exists where a user can see the definitions using a standard web browser
• At least two sections exist, each with a couple of entries
• All information is formatted in a clean, easy-to-read manner
• Provide basic information to Kate about how to add/modify/remove information on the page
