RBXScriptSignal.connect does not verify argument type

The connect method of RBXScriptSignal does not verify that the value passed to it is a function. Therefore, when the event fires, an ambiguous error occurs.

    Workspace.Changed:connect(nil)

    Workspace.Archivable = false
    --> attempt to call a nil value
    --> Disconnected event because of exception

Spawn and delay have this same issue. Indeed, anything that sends a function to ROBLOX as an argument does.
