Added support for Jenkins pipelines, by synchronising them through a Build item. However due to AnyStatus not creating Schedulers a restart of Visual Studio is required. This is due to API limitations.

Added JenkinsPipelineBuild. Requires a VS restart after adding the pi…
…peline build. (Because AnyStatus doesn't create schedulers)
Renamed to JenkinsMultibranchBuild; as that is better descriptive of …
…what it supports. And added some mechanics to support removing & updating of jobs.

Renamed it, so it is more descriptive. It works for https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Pipeline+Multibranch+Plugin. Also a note; first create a folder where this "build" goes into. Cause it needs a "parent" to add new builds to.

the jenkins multibranch plugin should be changed to add/remove items from the plugin itself
