Save-state: Bug when saving more than 9x RAMWorksIII 64K banks #413

Missing the "0x" prefix for these two Aux card items:

    Num Aux Banks: 7F   # [0,1..7F] 0=no aux mem, 1=128K system, etc
    Active Aux Bank: 00 # [  0..7E] 0=memaux

In this case, Num Aux Banks will be read as 7, not 0x7F!
