Somebody told me on reddit. Needs investigation. Can somebody with Botania confirm this?

@TheJulianJES he said something about creating fluix crystal with that machine and that the last ingredient, the charged certus quartz was not put into the dropper.

If it helps, I found that it's resolved by having an air block between the hopper and the water. Without the air, it'll only drop the first two items.

Sounds a lot like an issue with the dropper then. Does the dropper behave this way with a hopper?

even then, if there is a difference on the ME interface and the Interface part, there is some inconsistency in our code.

the Interface Block is getting stuck if the inventory is not clear when TickModulation endet. This can be simulated with a hopper and filling up the 4 other slots with random shit.

As I just said, its independent of Botania

I think I tracked it down, to the @TileEvent. Sometimes, they are not triggered, need to dig deeper into the code..

Update: It seems under certain circumstances it is still working, e.g. if the inventory was completely full and the interface was not able to inject any items.

So the difference must be somewhere between canAcceptItems of DualityInterface
