Doesn't matter much, but if you wanted to monitor a system for "empty" cells, freshly-crafted cells wouldn't compare as identical to cells which had ever been used but are presently empty. The distinction appears to be that an empty cell's tag field exists, and has ic: 0, it: 0. A freshly crafted cell has no tag field.

Remove tags in tag compound in inventories of cells if they are not needed anymore, should fix #535
