Maintainer wanted

I am overcommitted and request that someone else take a look at maintaining grab-site.

There are a lot of things in the issue backlog that could be fixed.

I expect to have very little time to work on grab-site in the future, but I may be able to provide some guidance around the code either here or on the ArchiveTeam IRC channels.

Thanks! I will probably end up granting commit rights or ownership to contributors who send PRs that are mostly correct.

A potential starter issue: #145 suggests grab-site needs either a different install_requires or a pypi release for https://github.com/ludios/wpull. The grab-site README and travis build also needs an update to avoid using the now-missing pip option.
