This issue is to track the integration of the ANU VIO system

Tasks:

confirm operation on Rpi4
work out hardware choices
add mavlink output to eqf_vio code https://github.com/pvangoor/eqf_vio
add GIFT as submodule in eqf_vio
test 4 SpringValley data sets
add "truth" data from GLOBAL_POSITION_INT and GPS_RAW_INT into the output csv from eqf_vio, so we can measure actual error

tridge added WIP EKF DevCallTopic labels

CraigElder removed the DevCallTopic label
