Adds the ability to get a list of transactions for an account.

Added more to the test suite.
Unfortunately, I had to include my previous PR's changes (#14) because, without it, it's impossible to test this library (see #13). I really wish I didn't have to do this but I had no choice. Can't improve tests when the peers are unresponsive.
