Onlys and tracking patterns are currently glob patterns #99

The conditionalIntersection doesn't work if onlys is actual filenames but trackingPattern is glob.
Either only allow existing tracking patterns for --only or find a more complex solution matching actual file names.

We'll keep it like that for V1.1 and augment the docs accordingly. I opened a new issue #100 to implement improvements later.
