[Low Priority] Implement 12.0.0 ChargeParametersRule changes #1477

12.0.0 changed the format of ChargeParametersRule, now has 6 floats rather than 4 dwords, in addition aula-only battery has new limit-rules.

This should be reverse engineered and implemented, but isn't urgent (since only really affects aula).
