Cannot easily select all builds on a server for monitoring #44

In the "Configure Server" dialog selecting a server (or project collection in the case of TFS) does not check all the builds below it. Instead I get this:

I expected this

Having this would make it easier on servers with lots of builds.

Yea, good point, and I've been meaning to put in a search in there like the Jenkins one has too.

This doesn't quite work correctly yet. I can unselect all builds in one go but not select all builds in one go.

After clicking the 'Internal' tree item

Note that only the first item in the tree is selected but nothing else is :(
