While a TFS build is building it shows the author as "IndividualCI"

So much pain, so many hours wasted. This now seems to be working correctly for

  • Hosted TFS + Git (aka visualstudio.com)
  • Hosted TFS + TFVC
  • On Premise TFS + TFVC
  • On Premise TFS + Git;
