404 template does not respect the categorized blog feature. #183

In 404.php we print a "Most Used Categories" section to let users pick a category if they have lost their way. Should this only be printed if _s_categorized_blog() returns true?

Ugh, did I do something wrong here? Looks like I created a new issue by creating a pull request, sorry about newbie question, but is it supposed to be like that?

Nope, you're fine. A pull request is really an issue, and since you didn't create this issue it just adds another one.
