I think it's time to introduce some simple Customizer code into the theme. Would love to hear other developers feedback, about how simple or not this code should be and I'll wrap up the code. I'm thinking about something similar, that Otto uses in his tutorials.

Oh yes please! We can have some custom (js and php) code included on demand similar to how inc/theme-options works which you can include and start building your Customizer integration in. One or two "dummy" options should work. Not sure about real options since they'll have to be implemented in the front end... Thoughts?

Yes, Customizer support example would be great. Was just thinking about writing a request for this and here it already was :)
