Proposing to move links under the Typography section. It's kind of weird to have them under the navigation. Unless you guys have better idea. First choice was elements, but it didn't feel right and since we have button in Typography, I figured it would fit nicely :)

I'm not sure I understand how Typography is a better fit.

I'd say links are navigation. Typography is for font sizes and styling. I've always felt it's a bit odd to put a link under typography.

Menus are links too, but we don't call them links ;)

I've created table of contents before with navigation and then menus under them. I'd be more than happy for that to happen here :)

I think the idea @obenland put forward is better than any changes to the table though. He suggested bringing _s inline with what is done in Twenty-Fourteen.

What Twenty-Fourteen does with regards to links is actually interesting. The default are under navigation, then the section specific fall into those.
