Now that support for After the Deadline has been removed from Calypso and Jetpack on the Classic Editor, it's necessary to find an alternative, either by implementing a new service or by adding documentation on how to configure browser language features.

This is a follow up of #28550.

Calypso PRs: #31865 and #31880
WordPress.com Diff: D26213-code
Jetpack PR: Automattic/jetpack#11772

Another request in 2122549-zen. The customer uses the desktop app, so browser extensions aren't a suitable alternative for them.

We've had reports come in from more desktop app users looking for this feature. As noted above, app users don't have a browser extension option as an alternative.

On macOS the app's experimental spell check feature (a possible alternative to an in-editor feature) does not consistently work in Gutenberg (Automattic/wp-desktop#389) and on Windows there's currently no spell check feature (Automattic/wp-desktop#637).
