change amberpos-ins to a resource, and update less instead of css #786

regarding issue #757

Just realized I missed a couple of things when I added amberpos-ins.gif. Xcode didn't show the .less files in the browser, so I missed those. Also, having the smiley in a resource will probably be easier to work with if somebody needs to.

I recompiled the posts-view-amberpos.less with the latest version of lessc, so there are some differences in output over the existing .css.
