Scan for annotated methods in AnnotatedAggregateModel #1089

Currently, the AnnotatedAggregateModel only searches for fields containing the @EntityId, @javax.persistence.Id and @AggregateVersion annotations to set the aggregate identifier and aggregate version of the Aggregate Model.
For added resilience, it would be better if methods annotated with those annotations would also be covered.

This idea arose whilst dealing with issue #1088, which generated a proxied Aggregate bean, thus enable to retrieve the fields. As the nature of this enhancement lies with Spring proxied beans, we should still discuss whether this is a resolution for the modelling package or the spring package.
