Azure SQL Bulk Failover Project

AzureSqlBulkFailover is an Azure Automation runbook that provides fast failover for a large set of Azure SQL databases. The current version can handle Azure SQL DB databases and elastic pools. We currently have no plans to extend support to Azure SQL Managed Instance resources, as the limited number of instances does not necessitate it.
