When you run

az vErSiOn

a command index rebuild is triggered.

az version

does not trigger a command index rebuild

Expected behavior

Interesting, the case-insensitive ability is added by knack: https://github.com/microsoft/knack/blob/e0c14114aea5e4416c70a77623e403773aba73a8/knack/invocation.py#L85C1-L87
