Codebase cleanup. Details in in description. #174

This codebase cleanup does the following:

  • removes all receiver-based code and examples
  • removes repetitive Direct Stream tests
  • removes unused EventHubClient code (and classes)
  • adopts scalafmt

All tests are passing and build is stable.
