Currently the command tries to list existing repositories, then gives a ":" prompt, leaving the user with no idea what to type. Typing in the name of a repository has no effect, the user is prompted repeatedly.

Repro steps:

(1) go to directory with no repository
(2) azure site create --github
Type in valid git username and password when prompted, then get the following:

info: Creating a new web site at whost001.azurewebsites.net

  • Sending site information
info: Created website at whost001.azurewebsites.net help: Enter your github credentials Username: markcowl Password:
  • Retrieving repositories
  • Retrieving local git repositories

There are two separate issues here:

(1) It's not correctly listing my repositories
(2) It doesn't give me any clue what to do if no repositories are listed. It should tell me to hit ctrl-c, ctrl-d or the like to exit
