It looks like creating a deployment for worker role is not supported by current node js service management API. Is it possible to do this?
I went through the Azure client library for node 0.6.9 and figured out that service management service's operation createDeployment actually invokes the 'Create Virtual Machine Deployment' (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/jj157194.aspx) operation of Azure Service Management REST API. So it looks like we need to properly rename this method in current client api and need to add proper create deployment method which invokes create deployment (for worker role) operation in Azure Service Management REST API.
