Discuss automating certificate / self-signed certificate creation

Discuss adding additional ESRI Enterprise components to meet parity with Cloud Builder (i.e. Mission Server). This would follow the same conditional logic as the other datastores (just another conditional DSC deployment).

Discuss adding server images to AGC, MAG, etc. for ARCGisPro
