An attempt to access a domain handled by B-DNS over HTTPS will produce an error page titled "This site can't be reached" and this error code: ERR_PROXY_CERTIFICATE_INVALID. This is due to the site's cert's Subject (google.com) mismatching the one on request (google.bit).

There is no easy way to add cert exception in Chrome and certainly no way an extension can workaround this.
