Tailormap is based on https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo: a platform that many Dutch government organizations use for their internal and external communication of location-based information. Flamingo is also a development platform and many professional applications are built with Flamingo. B3Partners has been the major developer for the last 7 years.
