Polish the structure of the repo and add NextJS generated GUI

• Go through the folder backend/ and add the FastAPI basic files (main.py, model.py, database.py).
• Check the contents of backend/datamodel.py
• Generate gui/ folder using the NextJS generated template
• Add instructions on how to setup + launch the FARM locally in the README.md file
