As noted in #251, this is the alternative solution handling robot_localization's new
base_link_frame_outputparameter, since it doesn't get thetf_prefixprepended to its value.Given
tf_prefixis deprecated in tf2, this is a more future-proof fix. A quick search through this repository didn't turn up any other users of thetf_prefixparameter, so it should be safe to remove, but you'll know better than I do.
