Possible Solutions

1. Right click on solution an restore nuget packages

2. Visual studio options/ nuget package manager / General -> a) allow nuget to download missing packages -> tick b) automaticlly check for missing packages -> tick

3. Clear Nuget cache in Visual studio -> visual studio options/ nuget package manager / General -> Clear All NuGet Caches

4. Reinstall package via nuget

5. Restart Visual Studio
