[WebXR] Allow teleportation and pointer meshes to be rendered in a utility layer #7563

It will be helpful if all helper-meshes (teleportation, pointer, selection meshes) will be rendered in a utility layer, if needed.

There should be a flag during initialization to decide whether they are rendered in the default scene, or in a utility layer (default or custom one).
