filtering a network by an attribute which has multiple selection belonging to multiple auto annotation groups causes cytoscape to go into an infiinte loop or deadlock situation.

Can only recover by forcing cytoscape shutdown.

Work around - delete annotations prior to selection. (really only useful when annotation haven't been manually changed)
