- Improved mobile functionality
- Added mobile functionality for span.separator
- clicking on span.separator now opens/closes submenues
- closing a submenue closes all descending submenues
- Added an option to deactivate the viewport-metatag if mobile view is deactivated
- Replaced template mobile vars with Bootstraps
