Describe the bug
When editing the cmd_tlm_server.txt in the Config Editor (or any file which can have drop down menus), if you scroll in the right hand area to view the parameters, you may, without noticing, change something within a drop down menu.

To Reproduce

  1. Open config editor with cmd_tlm_server.txt
  2. Click on an interface definition
  3. Scroll through the parameters
  4. Watch carefully for drop down menus that change.

Expected behavior
Drop down menus shouldn't change as I scroll. If I click on them, I should be able to choose a new value.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Windows 10 1703
  • COSMOS Version 4.4.0
