Can't script commands containing 'with' in the name #248

If a command contains 'with' in its name, e.g. SETPARAMSWITHVAL, the command sends fine with Command Sender but scripting leads to:
ERROR: RuntimeError : Missing comma in command parameters: INST SETPARAMSWITHVAL with VALUE1 0, VALUE2 0, VALUE3 0, VALUE4 0, VALUE5 0

The cause is the regex in extract_fields_from_cmd_text is matching 0 or more white space around 'with', it should be 1 or more.
